DAWN & JOSH - PREVIEW

I had another fun-filled weekend shooting with Amanda Donaho, and I'll have a better blog post soon. I just had to share this one, though. It makes the guys look so mysterious/James Bond squad. I love it. I also love that all I had to say was "James Bond" and they all immediately looked cool.

Be on the lookout for more soon!

KALEIGH & JASON - WEDDING IN SE INDIANA

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of second shooting for my wonderful friend Amanda. Amanda is a photographer in Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati that I met last November during our trash the dress extravaganza. Thanks so much for having me along for this wedding, Amanda. You rock!

Now onto Kaleigh & Jason. I had such a great time shooting this wedding. The ceremony was held at the absolutely fantastic Veraestau Historic Site. Amanda and I went out before we started shooting, and we couldn't believe how incredibly beautiful the house and property were. One of the employees at the Veraestau, Josh, was kind enough to fill us in on a little of the history along the way. (As well as some crazy ghost stories! Yikes!)

Here's Kaleigh sharing a wonderful moment with her mom at the hair salon.

Girls will be girls. I love seeing everyone's make-up spread out while they're getting ready.

Kaleigh, you are truly gorgeous.

The morning of the wedding, it was fairly rainy. We didn't know what we would be dealing with at the ceremony, and Kaleigh was on top of the weather. She had up-to-the-minute status reports on her phone!

I just want to point out that absolutely everyone should have a best man that is will to work it with the Blue Steel face. Way to go, Matt!

Here are a few details. The shoes + the bling.

Kaleigh's dress was g-o-r-g-e-o-u-s!

It looked even better when she put it on, though. Here she is with her mom.

After the ceremony, we headed out on the grounds to take some shots. Here's the new couple. They were workin' it!

Kaleigh should totally get a prize for workin' it out. Seriously, could her eyes BE more intense?

This last one might be my favorite.. You can just feel the love.

Kaleigh & Jason, I hope you have a wonderful honeymoon! Thank you so much for being such natural models, and totally workin' it all day.

Andrea & Lucas -- Trash the Dress

You may be thinking, "What? Another post today!?"

Yes, I am a notoriously bad blogger, but I'm trying to be better. I'm trying to post everything within a week... Or two. Cut me some slack!

Andrea was our second trash the dress victim... Er, model. She and her boyfriend Lucas were so much fun to work with, and they were great sports about their trashing tool. You'll see what it was when you scroll down!

Again, to check out more amazing photography work, check out the other photographers that were along for the ride: Chris, Allie, Annie & Toby, Sheila, Amanda, and Sarah.

First, Andrea is s-t-u-n-n-i-n-g.

Here are a couple from before we started trashing.

I couldn't decide whether I liked this one more in color or black and white. You decide. It's definitely one of my favorites, though!

Then, we started trashing. Lucas and Andrea were given ketchup and mustard to trash with! This would have looked a little murder-movie if we didn't have the mustard, but I'm really pleased with how it turned out.

Andrea has the best smile!

This last one is Andrea threatening to turn the mustard bottle on us... I'm pretty sure we all said, "Ok. Let's pack it up!"

Two more Trash the Dress sessions to come, so stay tuned! Check back for your chance to wiin a FREE trash the dress session, too!

Erin -- Trash the Dress

If you're still on the edge of your seat waiting for more photos from my weekend photography extravaganza, you're in luck! As always, if you want to see even more, please check out these other great photographers from my trip: Chris, Allie, Annie & Toby, Sheila, Amanda, and Sarah.

You may remember Erin from the boudoir post a few days ago. After her boudoir session, we took her out in a wedding dress... So we could trash it.

It all started out innocently enough... Seriously, Erin, could you be more stunning?

One of my favorites:

Then Erin climbed onto a train and into an old tire.

Isn't Erin's smile gorgeous?!

Then we went for the mud.

The best quote from any of the models all weekend definitely came from Erin. She said, "Do you want me to put mud on my face? ...'cause I'll do it." And then she did.

Erin, thank you so, so, so much for being a great model and for putting mud on your face! You ROCK. Seriously.

To all my blog readers: Interested in doing your own trash the dress? Know someone who might be interested? I'll be giving away a FREE Trash the Dress session soon! Come back later to find out more!

Erin -- Boudoir

***This post contains pictures that show a little skin.***

The Trash The Dress weekend extravaganza in Cincinnati also included a boudoir shoot with one of our models, Erin. Boudoir photography is becoming increasingly popular with brides-to-be because an album of the shots makes a great wedding/honeymoon present for their future husbands.

Erin was really a great model for us, and we all had a great time photographing her. For more information, and more photos, please check out the other awesome photographers from this photo field trip: Chris, Allie, Annie & Toby, Sheila, Amanda, and Sarah.

Buckle up, this will be a long post!

Isn't Erin beautiful?

Thanks for getting all the way to the end!
